Chakra Journey is a seven-week, seven-chakra experience designed to help you feel more aligned, embodied, and attuned to your inner world.

Each week, you’ll be guided through a complete Tantric Hatha Yoga practice (Asana, Pranayama, Meditation) and reflective exploration of one of the seven energy centers, supporting both physical embodiment and subtle energetic awareness.

This is a slow, intentional unfolding — not a quick fix. A week-by-week (or even month by month if you choose) drift inward that supports consistency, clarity, and coherence.

Also included is Chakra Dance — a movement and rhythm-based practice guided by Nikki that brings the chakra system fully into the body. This is where everything comes together. Chakra Dance weaves movement, breath, music, and intention to help you open your energetic channels and embody all seven chakras. It’s part workout, part meditation, part soul-awakening ritual — set to a pumping, carefully curated playlist that invites you to move, feel, release, and activate. This practice serves as the culmination of the journey, allowing you to integrate the teachings somatically and experientially — not just understand the chakras, but live them.
